Good balance of workload no matter if you’re mainly a Cashier that shift or being a Runner/Server. Work layout is easy to work around even with 4 people at the front of the house. Health insurance is included (I still some separately but it’s such a relief to know if something happened, I’d have that). ![]() Free (REALLY good) food every shift is a plus, as is the out-of-work discount. TLDR Drama-free, positive work environment with no room for personal bias in management (or anyone else). ![]() Literally everyone is nice to each other, it’s a perfect balance with the occasional (almost daily) set of less cooperative customers (it’s still Woodland Hills). The front and back of house staff are very professional and nice people. Hook Burger’s management is filled with fair, lovely people who do their job by the book and without making you feel awful even if you make mistakes in or outside of the learning process. Perfect Part-Time Paradise Working here is like going magic rainbow fun-land compared to my other jobs where management was awful or otherwise discouraging with poor leadership skills (worst: managing with their emotions instead of their brains).
